These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Hi Cal Consulting LLC. By accessing this site or requesting any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility and Acceptance

 

By accessing this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Use of this site or services in any unauthorized or unlawful manner is strictly prohibited.

  2. Services Provided

 

Hi Cal Consulting offers a limited set of services, including but not limited to:

  • AI systems integration and process automation consulting

  • Short-term rental operations automation

  • Access to a client-specific members-only dashboard

All services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed without prior agreement and confirmation by HCC.

  3. Project Deposits and Refunds

 

For services requiring a scheduling deposit:

  • The deposit includes an Audit & Roadmap deliverable, outlining current systems, key findings, and implementation recommendations.

  • If both parties agree to move forward, the deposit will be applied as a retainer toward the full project cost.

  • If no agreement is reached, 80% of the deposit is refundable, with 20% retained to cover the audit and strategic planning process.

No other fees or payments are due unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  4. Client Dashboard Access

 

Access to the client dashboard is restricted:

  • Accounts must be approved by HCC and are granted at our sole discretion.

  • Content shared within dashboards (documents, deliverables, task updates) is confidential and intended solely for the respective client.

  • HCC reserves the right to modify or revoke dashboard access at any time.

  5. Intellectual Property

 

All materials created by HCC, including process documents, visuals, frameworks (such as The Opus Framework), and dashboards, remain the intellectual property of Hi Cal Consulting unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

  6. Disclaimers

  • HCC provides consulting services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • All recommendations are provided for informational purposes and are not legal, financial, or tax advice.

  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, platform changes, or disruptions caused by third-party tools integrated into your systems.

  7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.

  8. Modification of Terms

 

HCC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  9. Governing Law
